Category 1... CBD Neat....This is people who are either new to vaping, or have another device to separate their nicotine and CBD eliquids. These people will fill their tank and use it sparingly. IE: 2 or 3 puffs at a time every few hours, or as needed. Category 2... CBD Mixers... These are people who are existing vapers and add a few drops of the CBD eliquid to their existing nicotine eliquids in the same tank. This way they can vape all day long. The main difference is category 2 users get less CBD with each puff but are possibly getting a more consistent dose throughout the day. Category 1 users are able to control their CBD dose better with limited puffs and known times. *Images are for illustration purposes only *ALL OUR CBD PRODUCTS CONTAIN LESS THAN 0.05% THC

HOW DOES CBD WORK?

Cannabidiol or CBD is a stable and non-toxic compound found in hemp which is unlike its counterpart in THC. As it is non-toxic and non-psychoactive, it does not stimulate euphoria or make you “high”. There are receptors present inside the human body on each and every cell that attaches to chemical compounds, mimicking their effect with an overall end result.

The Receptors

The receptors associated with CBD are CB1 and CB2 that are involved in stimulating multiple processes in the body. The CB1 receptors are spread throughout the body mainly lungs, liver, kidneys while the CB2 receptors are found mainly in blood cells like red blood cells and white blood cells.

CB1

The CB1 receptor cells stimulate the production of neurotransmitters that have stimulant effects on the body. They are involved in fat production inside the liver that plays a pivotal role in maintaining the temperature of the body and also to regulate its internal environment. CB1 is said to influence your pleasure centers, memories, the tolerance and threshold of pain and appetite for food.

CB2

The CB2 receptors are primarily concerned with the cells involved with the immune system and its various different functions like immunosuppression and programmed cell death or apoptosis. CB2 is also known to modulate the sensation of pain and play a pivotal role in neurodegenerative diseases.

How CBD Actually Works

CBD does not directly act upon the CB1 and CB2 receptors directly like THC does. It acts on these receptors via different receptors like serotonin, adenosine, and vanilloid. CBD’s main role is supporting the endo cannabinoid system to control pain, inflammation, and degeneration. It acts on the FAAH enzymes that inhibit the function of CB1 thus reducing the psychoactive effects caused by THC.

The adenosine indirect action basically produces the anti-anxiety and anti-inflammatory effects on the body of CBD. The adenosine receptors then help release dopamine neurotransmitter inside the body that not only helps in motor control, reward mechanisms and motivation that make the overall body feel good but also help in brain cognitive abilities, memory and learning.

The high CBD receptors tend to activate the 5-HT1A receptors that signal the effects of serotonin and relieve the person of any depressive episodes or panic attacks. This also affects appetite, insomnia and sleep-wake cycle, mood change, temperature change and mechanisms of addiction leading up to a severe-profound and unfixable habit.

As a final step CBD blocks the signaling and functioning of the CPR55 which helps decrease the re-absorption of bone and further unbalanced proliferation of the cancerous, mutated or abnormal cells in the body that can later be.

CBD is safe and blocks the neurodegenerative and addictive properties of THC. It can also by people who are healthy overall for a better functioning of their body.
